Responsibilities:
Construction Site Supervision:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the construction crew, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Ensure that all work is performed according to project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Provide guidance and instructions to the team, delegating tasks and monitoring progress.
- Monitor the use of equipment, tools, and materials, ensuring their proper and efficient utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, ensure compliance, and maintain a safe working environment.
- Address and resolve any construction-related problems or conflicts that may arise during the project.
Schedule and Resource Management:
- Collaborate with the project manager to develop and implement construction schedules and plans.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure the timely delivery of materials and services.
- Manage and maintain inventory levels of construction materials, equipment, and tools.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
Quality Control and Safety:
- Ensure that all construction work meets the required quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any deficiencies or deviations from project requirements.
- Enforce and promote a culture of safety, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and best practices.
- Conduct regular safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions for the construction crew.
- Identify potential hazards and implement preventive measures to mitigate risks.
Communication and Collaboration:
- Liaise with the project manager, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and coordination.
- Communicate project goals, objectives, and expectations to the construction crew.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role, preferably in residential projects.
