This is your chance to play a crucial role in shaping the financial landscape of landmark digital infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for the CSA aspects of these complex developments. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing comprehensive cost estimates for all CSA elements, including site preparation, foundations, structural works, and architectural finishes.
• Analyzing project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to identify cost drivers and potential risks.
• Utilizing estimating software and industry best practices to prepare accurate and competitive bids.
• Collaborating with project teams and subcontractors to gather cost data and ensure accurate pricing.
• Managing the estimating process, ensuring timely submission of bids and adherence to company procedures.
