This is a senior estimation role within our pre-construction team, focused on high-value international projects across cutting-edge sectors.

About the Role
  • Appraise tender documentation and manage end-to-end estimating processes.
  • Coordinate with design and project teams to ensure scope, pricing, and risk are accurately captured.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and subcontractor enquiries.
  • Conduct site visits and contribute to value engineering efforts.
  • Presents commercial strategies to senior management.
  • Mentors junior estimators and supports team development.
Your Profile
  • A minimum of several years' experience in an estimating role, preferably MEP or Design & Build.
  • Strong technical understanding of construction systems and contracts.
  • Skilled in reading drawings, preparing Bills of Quantities, and analysing risk.
  • Proficient in software such as Microsoft Project and Cost X.
  • An excellent communicator with a sharp eye for detail and commercial insight.
