The Company Leading Developer who have a track record of delivering large housing and apartment projects in Dublin, Kildare, Meath, Wicklow. They are looking to add a Project Manager to the senior management team for a new Apartment development in West Dublin.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure contract terms and conditions align with project requirements.
- Oversee all site operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Monitor progress, prepare reports, and resolve on-site issues effectively.
- Liaise with clients, design teams, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, contract law, and relevant regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
