TikTok's SMB team aims to help businesses and brands of all sizes unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, or perhaps be discovered From designing scaled sales and service delivery programs to ensuring our customers have best-in-class tools and products at their fingertips, our SMB team combines operational expertise with a customer-centric mindset to help businesses achieve their marketing goals on TikTok, no matter how big or small.
Our SMB Elevate team are responsible for prospecting, qualifying, pitching and closing high potential advertisers and marketing agencies for the TikTok Ads Platform. You will consult with decision makers to help them incorporate TikTok Ads into their marketing strategies, collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to develop best practices for client acquisition and sales, while building and managing a pipeline of opportunities, establishing new client relationships, focusing on revenue and bottom line business impact. Success in this position requires a passion for sales, supporting businesses, generating new business, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities:- Manage customer expectations and maintain high engagement on the platform.
- Develop business growth of the assigned territory through different programs and initiatives.
- Drive revenue for TikTok by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies.
- Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion.
- Work towards strategic goals while providing an excellent customer experience.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs.
- Serve as the ambassador of TikTok for all adoption related activities.
- Proactively seek for new ways to bring added value to your customers and colleagues.
- As this role covers the Italian market, excellent verbal and written English and Italian communication skills are essential for this role's success.
- Experience in sales and/or business development environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in pipeline building through prospecting and outreaching to new customers.
- Must be able to handle confidential and sensitive information with honesty and integrity.
- Ability to think independently and strategically to propose recommended solutions to c-level executives and/or marketing decision makers.
- Proven track record of exceeding performance targets.
- Understanding of digital advertising & campaign management.
