Overview

Location: Killaloe, County Clare, Ireland. We will consider full-time applicants only.

Responsibilities
  • To ensure that a high standard of service is maintained in all Food & Beverage outlets
  • Experience on Front desk desirable
  • To help improve service & offering
  • To follow all SOPs and to train staff on SOPs
  • To ensure that all costs and stock are monitored
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene, in accordance with Health and Safety and hygiene legislation
  • Assist and perform various demonstrations and events
  • Courtesy to guests and other members of staff at all times
Requirements

2 Year minimum experience.

The Ideal candidate will have the following
  • Must have previous experience in hospitality
  • A qualification in bar/hospitality is desired but not essential
  • Ability to work in a pressurized environment
  • Take pride in their appearance and keep up to date with the hotel industry
  • Be enthusiastic, confident and passionate about the hotel industry
  • To provide excellent service
  • The ability to lead through example
  • Flexibility
