This role involves ensuring the building and apartments are well-maintained, clean, and welcoming for guests. You will report to and support the General Manager and oversee services, repairs, painting, and upkeep to high standards.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage maintenance services, repairs, painting, and upkeep of apartments and common areas.
  • Ensure facilities meet Locke Hotels standards and provide a comfortable, cared-for guest experience.
  • Report to and support the General Manager in daily maintenance operations.
