What you'll do as a Business Development Specialist
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
  • Manage client accounts from initial engagement to ongoing support
  • Apply your customer service and upselling experience to consultative sales
  • Collaborate with a high-performing team, sharing knowledge and celebrating wins
What we're looking for
  • 1–2 years' experience in car rental sales (or similar customer-focused sales)
  • A passion for achieving targets and driving results
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • The ambition to grow into a leadership role in the future
  • No prior BD or recruitment experience required – we'll train you
  • Leadership Academy for future managers
  • Paid sabbatical every 3 years
