En Work and Study Travel, buscamos un líder con mentalidad ganadora que construya y motive un equipo desde sus bases, y que, además, realice ventas directas para alcanzar y superar los objetivos comerciales.

¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Reclutar, formar y liderar un equipo de Student Advisors desde cero.
  • Realizar ventas directas asesorando personalmente a estudiantes y jóvenes en la elección de programas internacionales.
  • Alcanzar y superar metas tanto personales como del equipo en ventas.
  • Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales para impulsar el crecimiento del equipo y la empresa.
  • Supervisar la calidad del servicio y acompañar al equipo en el cierre de ventas.
  • Monitorear el desempeño y reportar resultados a la dirección.

Lo que buscamos:
  • Experiencia previa en ventas, especialmente en educación internacional, viajes o intercambios.
  • Experiencia en liderazgo y construcción de equipos comerciales desde cero.
  • Capacidad para combinar liderazgo con ejecución comercial activa.
  • Orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar bajo objetivos exigentes.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, persuasión, coaching y cierre de ventas.
  • Mentalidad proactiva, liderazgo inspirador y capacidad para motivar a otros.
  • Dominio del español (nativo) y nivel intermedio o avanzado de inglés será un plus.
