Overview

Clinic Coordinator - Limerick Clinic at Hidden Hearing Ireland. Based in our Limerick Clinic, we are looking for someone to build their professional career with Hidden Hearing as an integral member of our Limerick Clinic team, helping patients hear better every day.

Responsibilities

  • Patient Care – provide a high quality of professional patient care to all inbound and outbound calls, covering the Limerick area.

  • Telemarketing – manage all inbound and outbound telemarketing calls/leads for the Limerick area, ensure weekly/quarterly and annual targets are met and diaries are full. Our expectation is for our Clinic Coordinators to complete 80+ calls per day. Previous telemarketing experience advantageous.

  • Brand Ambassador – representing Hidden Hearing, uphold our core values daily by delivering a phenomenal patient care experience.

  • On Target Earnings – basic and commission, giving On Target Earnings of circa 40K per annum.

  • Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

  • OTE for this role: €30,000 - €40,000 per year

  • Benefits: Additional leave, Company events, Company pension, Bike to work scheme, Employee discount, Referral programme, Sick pay, Store discount

  • Schedule: 8 hour shift, Day shift, Monday to Friday, No weekends or Bank Holidays

  • Work Location: In person
