Based in our Limerick Clinic, we are looking for someone to build their professional career with Hidden Hearing as an integral member of our Limerick Clinic team, helping patients hear better every day. As Clinic Coordinator, you will deliver life-changing hearing healthcare while building yourself, your colleagues, and our patients for success.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care – provide a high quality of professional patient care to all inbound and outbound calls, covering the Limerick area.
  • Telemarketing – manage all inbound and outbound telemarketing calls/leads for the Limerick area, ensure targets are met and diaries are full. Our expectation is for Clinic Coordinators to complete 80+ calls per day. Previous telemarketing experience advantageous.
  • Brand Ambassador – represent Hidden Hearing, uphold core values daily by delivering a phenomenal patient care experience.
Compensation and Benefits
  • OTE for this role: €30,000 - €40,000 per year
  • There is a basic and commission, giving On Target Earnings of circa €40K per annum

Schedule and Location
  • Job Type: Permanent, Full-time
  • Schedule: 8 hour shifts, Day shift, Monday to Friday, No weekends or Bank Holidays
  • Work Location: In person
Qualifications and Attributes
  • Previous telemarketing experience advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
