Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job:

  • Greet and know regular guests by name
  • Have a good working knowledge of food and wine, and be able to recommend
  • Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times
  • Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible
  • Perform general cleaning of bar and restaurant
  • Serve guests with food and beverages

What You'll Need:

  • Previous experience is essential
  • Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English and excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Micros is preferable
  • Experience in a hotel is preferable
