Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job:
Greet regular guests by name and know their preferences.
Maintain a good working knowledge of food and wine, and be able to make recommendations.
Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times.
Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible.
General cleaning of bar and restaurant areas.
Serve food and beverages to guests.
What You'll Need:
Previous experience is essential.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment.
Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
Micros experience is preferable.
Experience in a hotel setting is preferable.
