Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager and the Operations Manager, the Food and Beverage Assistant will provide friendly and efficient service to hotel guests.

Your Job:
Greet and know regular guests by name
Have a good working knowledge of food and wine, and be able to recommend
Be friendly, courteous, and professional at all times
Upsell and maximize sales revenue whenever possible
Perform general cleaning of bar and restaurant
Serve guests with food and beverages
What You'll Need:
Previous experience is essential
Flexibility in working hours, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
Experience in a high-volume/fast-paced environment
Fluent English and excellent communication skills
Experience with Micros is preferable
Experience in a hotel is preferable
