Marketing and Event Specialist
Location: Dublin
Job Type: Full-Time - 4 days in the office

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Marketing and Event Specialist to join a dynamic team and drive impactful marketing initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape brand presence through strategic marketing, digital engagement, and event planning. Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Digital Marketing
  • Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
  • Monitor trends and adjust strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand messaging.
  • Oversee the creation of high-quality content for social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, and online advertising, to drive traffic and engagement.
Campaign & Content Management
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, and traditional media.
  • Analyse campaign performance using data-driven insights to optimise future initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
Event Planning & Execution
  • Plan and oversee corporate events such as expos, product launches, and conferences (6-8 events per year).
  • Coordinate logistics, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups to maximise impact.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with the sales team to develop pricing strategies, promotions, and sales materials.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure successful marketing execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
Continuous Improvement
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance marketing processes and outcomes.
RequirementsExperience & Skills
  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and event management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, CRM software, social media platforms, graphic design software).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Education & Personal Attributes
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Additional certifications in digital marketing or related areas are a plus.
  • Highly organised with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced setting.
