
Sales Development Representative

MarketStar is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join a new global pilot team based in Dublin, Ireland. You will represent Google Pixel for Business in the German market. This is a hunter role, primarily involving cold outreach and/or managing warm leads from marketing initiatives. On a daily basis, you will engage with customers through a variety of channels (phone, email, chat), coordinate with cross-functional sales teams, manage your pipeline, and maintain CRM hygiene.
What will you do?- Generate interest in Pixel devices for business through transformative and transactional sales approaches.
- Become a product expert in Pixel for Business, handle objections, conduct demonstrations, and guide prospects toward sales closure.
- Prospect and hunt for new logo customers within the German market, evangelize Google device hardware (Pixel), and qualify leads for appropriate partners.
- Ensure successful execution and attainment of daily KPIs.
- Utilize strong sales skills to maximize attainment while managing a true solution sell.
- Collaborate effectively in a team environment with a results-oriented approach and proven sales attainment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Fluency in English and German is essential for cold calling, emailing, and engaging with prospects in the German market.
- Proven experience in meeting or exceeding SDR activity goals/quotas.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and/or other prospecting/CRM platforms.
- Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills (phone, writing, listening).
- Self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and excel in the role.
- Knowledge of business processes and organizational structures; interest in leading-edge technology.
- Self-reliant, adaptable, decisive, and professional; able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to articulate technical and business value propositions via phone, email, and chat.
- Ability to navigate multiple web applications and chat sessions simultaneously in a prompt, friendly, and professional manner.
- Proven ability to achieve sales goals in a quota-driven environment.
- Ability to learn quickly and maintain current knowledge of client's products and services.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and relevant software/hardware.
- Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional experience preferred; minimum of two years of sales experience; telesales or B2B sales experience preferred.
- Experience in a high-demand sales environment.
- High cognitive ability with a passion for solving challenges.

Pay is €40,000 base per annum with an additional variable bonus component of €20,000. Details are provided during the interview process.
