Proactive Local MICE Sales Manager | Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel

Based in Dublin's vibrant Docklands, this role focuses on driving local MICE business through proactive sales strategies, relationship building, and a passion for luxury hospitality at Anantara The Marker Dublin Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:


• Proactively source and secure local MICE business opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, and event planners

• Conduct sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote the hotel's event offerings

• Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and market insight

• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions

• Maintain accurate records and reporting through CRM systems


• Self-driven, energetic, and a proactive ambassador of the Anantara brand

• Strong communicator with the ability to influence and build trust

• Creates a collaborative, high-performing team culture

• Demonstrates agility and resilience in a fast-paced sales environment

• Committed to delivering excellence in line with Leading Hotels of the World (LQA) standards
