About your role:

As Digital Experience Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying, shaping, and delivering new digital journeys and features that align with strategic business goals and customer needs. Reporting to the Senior Digital Experience and Growth Lead, this role plays a pivotal part in enhancing the digital customer experience across commodity and service offerings by leading the creation of high-impact, insight-led experiences.

In this role you'll champion evidence-based design, regulatory alignment, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure that new digital experiences are intuitive, inclusive, and commercially effective. You'll also contribute to the annual digital roadmap and act as a strategic voice in experience, innovation, and transformation.

This is a temporary maternity cover contract.

Here's what you'll be doing:

  • Lead the end-to-end design and delivery of strategic digital experiences across web, ensuring customer journeys are continuously evolved to meet customer and business needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate key data sets including website engagement metrics, sales performance, and digital channel effectiveness to uncover opportunities for new journey creation.
  • Conduct research and gap analysis to understand customer needs and identify whitespace opportunities across digital journeys.
  • Manage and report on digital experience benchmarking research across the Irish energy market, identifying areas of opportunity or concern.
  • Build robust business cases for new journey or feature development, define project scope and KPIs, and oversee end-to-end delivery with relevant stakeholders.
  • Inform the structure, implementation, and content of new digital projects, collaborating with UX, marketing, and content teams to deliver seamless, user-friendly solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Digital Marketing to optimise campaign landing pages and funnel journeys, ensuring alignment with new experience launches.
  • Track competitor digital activity, pricing visibility, and customer journey tactics across supplier and aggregator websites, reporting key insights bi-weekly.
  • Partner with regulatory, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all new experiences meet WCAG accessibility standards, ASAI guidelines, and CRU Supplier Handbook requirements.
  • Support implementation of price, product, and regulatory changes on the website to protect business profitability and competitiveness.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Digital Marketing, CX, UX, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in digital customer experience, web optimisation, or digital product/project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in digital journeys, sales funnel performance, or online conversion.
  • A customer-focused digital strategist with proven experience designing and delivering new digital journeys.
  • Highly analytical, organised, and outcome-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Brings a creative but structured mindset to solving digital problems and improving web conversion.
  • Familiarity with digital research tools, A/B testing platforms (e.g. Google Optimize, Optimizely), and content management systems (e.g. AEM, Sitecore).
  • Familiarity with tools Microsoft functions, ContentSquare, Datadog, Google Analytics, Jira, Miro, Salesforce.
