The Social media manager will report directly to our head of marketing & will work alongside our marketing team to achieve strategic goals by delivering a creative, inspiring and positive social media presence across all of our channels. The role is a full time position, 40 hours per week, based in Dame Street Dental Head office. Travel between all of our locations will be required on a regular basis.

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Helping organize photo shoots/content days by reaching out to, and booking patients and communicating dates in advance.
  • Responsible for liaising with graphic designers and copywriters to ensure a cohesive brand impression.
  • Gather and create content for all social media platforms.
  • Create content ideas for all seasonal events.
  • Editing videos on TikTok/IG to match our brand identity.
  • Securing relevant social media collaborations to enhance social reach.
  • Creating Email Marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date to current pop culture trends and react by creating brand relevant content in trend niche.
  • Have prior experience with videography and a willingness to develop this further.
Job Requirements:
  • Experience in a Dental/ Healthcare setting or similar is a bonus.
  • Familiarity with and ability to use design platforms (eg. Canva etc.).
  • IT-savvy - a fast learner and a progressive mindset in terms of utilizing emerging platforms.
  • A 'can-do' attitude with a strong focus on ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Naturally organized with the ability to plan, manage, and action multiple projects and be deadline-driven and confident with making quick and clear decisions.
  • A full, clean drivers license and own car is mandatory as the role will require content creation days across all of our practices.
  • The ideal candidate must hold strong experience in creating Reels/Tik Tok and similar videos and have a strong understanding of all mainstream social media sites.
