Your Role: Beyond the High-Level

As the Social Media Manager at Ceartas, you will be the voice of our brand on social media platforms, directly impacting our online presence and how we engage with a global audience. Your work will go beyond simply posting content; you will be responsible for driving a strategy that educates and informs, while also building a community around Ceartas' mission to safeguard the digital world. You'll work closely with our marketing, branding, and customer service teams to ensure a consistent and powerful brand presence.

Your role is both strategic and hands-on, involving content creation, campaign management, and community engagement. You will be expected to constantly monitor performance, identify trends, and adapt strategies to meet our evolving goals. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of Ceartas' social media landscape and play a critical part in growing our brand globally. Additionally, you will leverage influencer marketing, tap into pop culture trends, and capitalise on viral moments to maximise reach and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a data-driven social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness.
  • Manage daily content creation, scheduling, and posting across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
  • Write and ideate compelling posts, including graphics, videos, and captions that align with our brand voice.
  • Identify and leverage viral moments, memes, and pop culture trends to boost engagement and relevance.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to optimise content strategy.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build an active online community.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with influencers, media, and partners to expand Ceartas' social presence.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics, adjusting strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to align social media efforts with broader business goals.
  • Stay informed on industry news, digital security, intellectual property, and AI, integrating relevant topics into content.

Must-Haves

  • Proven experience in social media management or content strategy (preferably in the tech, security, or legal sectors).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
  • Proficiency in social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet deadlines.
