Due to our continued expansion at Progressive College, we are seeking applications from interested candidates to join our Early Childhood Tutoring Team for our upcoming programme – QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Early Learning and Care, commencing in September 2025 in Newmarket, Co Cork. Applicants should possess a passion for their subject and an ability to inspire and encourage students.
Tutoring experience is essential for this position, which is available on a part-time basis.
- 6 hours per week (2 evenings per week)
- Face-to-face teaching
- Location: Newmarket, Co Cork (remote location)
- Subject matter/industry certified or qualified
- Relevant industry experience related to the subject
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Excellent presentation, IT, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive approach to supporting and developing learners, with an interest in employability, activation, and progression
- Previous experience in delivering training or lecturing
