As Strategy Director, you'll embed strategy into every aspect of operations—delivering impactful brand and communication strategies for high-profile clients while guiding the agency's commercial direction. Your expertise across the brand-building journey—from innovation to advertising—will elevate the agency's offerings and solidify its reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Drive the agency's strategic vision, embedding best practices into all ways of working.
  • Client Partnerships: Act as a trusted advisor, delivering innovative solutions to complex brand and communication challenges.
  • Brand Initiatives: Shape and execute initiatives, including brand positioning, architecture, analytics, and internal engagement strategies.
  • Collaborative Execution: Partner with clients and internal teams to bring strategies to life across multiple channels, ensuring impactful execution.
  • Creative Alignment: Guide creative teams to produce compelling, strategy-aligned outputs.
  • Operational Excellence: Work with client services teams to ensure projects are resourced effectively and delivered on time and within budget.
  • Business Growth: Build and grow client relationships, enhancing profitability and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Commercial Impact: Identify opportunities to expand the agency's strategic offerings and drive its commercial direction.
The Ideal Candidate
  • Advertising Agency Experience: Proven expertise as a Senior Strategist or similar, with experience in an advertising agency.
  • Leadership Skills: A natural leader who inspires excellence and fosters innovation within teams.
  • Brand Knowledge: Deep understanding of brand positioning, communication strategies, and analytics across the full brand-building journey.
  • Problem-Solving: Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and client relationship management abilities.
  • Strategic Vision: A visionary approach to strategy with a track record of delivering impactful, innovative solutions.
