This role is based out of our brand-new Dublin office at One Charlemont Square, Charlemont St, Saint Kevin's, Dublin. We're thrilled about this move, which reflects our growth and commitment to providing a vibrant, inspiring space for celebration, collaboration, and unearthing the extraordinary.

What You'll Do

As our new Finance Manager, AP & AR you will be responsible for all international (excluding US and Canada) accounts payable and receivable end-to-end processes. This role will involve managing the day-to-day AP & AR functions, including monthly financial close and KPI reporting with analysis and commentary to assist management in decision-making and drive process improvement.

Additional key responsibilities include:

  • Hands-on support the ongoing Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process implementation and provide post-implementation oversight, supporting business user queries on purchase order management, invoice matching, and payment processing

  • Manage supplier onboarding and approval processes, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity, fraud prevention, and anti-money laundering regulations

  • Review and approve invoices for correct general ledger coding and resolve supplier queries efficiently

  • Lead month-end accounts payable activities, including management of open purchase orders and unvouchered invoice accruals

  • Manage new customer set-up processes, including credit checks and cross-functional collaboration with Compliance, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams

  • Review credit terms application and ensure adherence to finance policies, supporting non-standard terms as required

  • Establish and oversee regular AP and AR KPI reporting, with variance analysis enhancing decision-making

  • Collaborate with Commercial teams and customers to resolve complex payment and contractual issues

  • Assist the Finance Director in the ongoing development and continuous improvement of the AP and AR functions and related finance activities
  • Coach, develop, and performance manage direct report(s)

What You'll Bring:

  • Accounting Designation ACCA, ACA, CPA or CIMA with 4+ year Post Qualified Experience
  • 2+ years experience in AP and/or AR Manager positions
  • Experience managing a team and liaising with international / remote teams
  • Proven expertise in purchase-to-pay processes, credit control, and financial month-end close activities
  • Good knowledge of VAT/GST in Ireland, UK, other international countries
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel as well as accounting and vendor onboarding software
