You will work directly with the CEO and COO to:

Requirements,

  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with 7+ years' post-qualification experience
  • Experience operating at Financial Controller level (or equivalent) in a high-growth environment
  • Strong track record in international expansion, including experience with:
  • Market setup in regions such as North America or MENA
  • Acquisitions and post-deal integration
  • Securing funding and working with investors or banking partners
  • Collaborating with Enterprise Ireland or similar state support bodies
  • Hands-on experience managing multi-currency P&Ls and delivering strategic financial insight
  • Experience within a SaaS or digital business environment, ideally mid-market (e.g. €5m–€50m revenue)
  • Strong communication and influencing skills at leadership level
