Job Description

This is a full-time role for a Junior-Mid level DeltaV Automation Engineer, based in County Tipperary. The position involves executing projects and providing operational support; therefore, applicants should have strong technical knowledge in DeltaV.

The project is currently in the commissioning stage and will require five days per week on site.

Options for contracting or full-time permanent employment are available.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sciences or similar.
  • 3+ years of experience as an Automation Engineer in a Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical setting.
  • 3+ years of experience with Emerson DeltaV.
  • On-site project experience is desirable.
  • Understanding of S88 is essential.
  • Process Engineering experience is strongly desired.
  • Knowledge of GMPs, regulatory requirements, or computer system validation.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with other engineering and business disciplines.
  • DeltaV loop checking and base layer commissioning experience is advantageous.
