ADSEO Quality Assurance - Russian (12 Month - Fixed Term Contract)
Responsibilities
  • Own the quality success of internal or external stakeholders, identify and clear blockers to high performance, and support the team in its drive for excellence. Perform performance monitoring and provide reporting to relevant stakeholders to enable success and growth of the teams.
  • Work with cross-functional (XFN) teams to identify project needs; navigate ambiguous situations; set clear SMART goals for yourself and the teams.
  • Own and suggest process improvements and help develop a best‑practice methodology for the QA role.
  • Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards across projects and develop a best‑practice model for maintaining performance.
  • Facilitate regular calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge and quality standards; provide feedback on implementation and execution.
  • Collaborate with the Policy POC to disseminate policy updates and knowledge to teams, and coordinate efficient communication of policy questions between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform daily audits and analyze errors, providing feedback to respective teams.
  • Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to SMEs and management as required.
  • Conduct regular RCA escalations through the appropriate process.
  • Identify and assess areas for performance improvement across relevant markets; be solution‑driven and proactive in delivering these solutions.
  • Participate in or lead policy briefings to ensure changes are consistent with local conditions.
  • Balance efficient delivery of tasks in each queue using relevant platforms (e.g., TCS or Rock Appeal).
  • Be willing to backfill temporary gaps in market support and support the internal onboarding team to develop onboarding training SOPs and materials, as well as ongoing legacy planning.
  • Perform regular queue moderation or participate in knowledge quizzes to maintain policy implementation skills.
  • Assist in designing and implementing a training plan according to the timeline.
  • Note: this position involves exposure to sensitive content, including vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications
    • Minimum 1 year of QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
    • Demonstrated understanding of business needs, strategic thinking, and ability to make decisions in complex situations.
    • Familiarity with the labeling workflow and upstream/downstream teams.
    • Fluent in Russian (required) and English (working language).
    • Comfortable reporting to or collaborating with a broad range of XFN partners.
    • Fast learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience in a short video product/industry.
    • Experience in Content Moderation/Content Quality/Content Safety/Labeling.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
    • Familiarity with machine learning and content understanding.
    • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
