Overview

ADSEO Quality Assurance - Trust and Safety - German. Role focus is on ensuring quality across Trust & Safety initiatives, with emphasis on moderation workflows, performance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Work independently and with stakeholders to deliver high performance standards across projects and develop a best-practice model for maintaining quality.
  • Facilitate regular calibration meetings with stakeholders to maintain knowledge and quality standards; provide feedback on implementation and execution.
  • Collaborate with the Policy POC to disseminate policy updates and ensure timely communication of policy questions among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform daily audits, analyze errors, and provide actionable feedback to respective teams.
  • Compile and deliver regular performance data reports to SMEs and management as required.
  • Conduct regular RCA escalations through the relevant process; identify and assess areas for performance improvement across markets; deliver proactive solutions.
  • Participate in or lead policy briefings to ensure changes align with local cultural, socio-economic, geographical, and political conditions.
  • Balance efficient task delivery using platforms such as TCS or Rock Appeal; support or backfill temporary gaps in market support as needed.
  • Support onboarding training SOPs and materials; contribute to ongoing legacy planning; perform regular queue moderation or knowledge quizzes to maintain policy implementation skills.
  • Design and help implement a training plan according to the timeline.
  • Note: This position involves exposure to sensitive content, including vulgar content, violence, pornography, and fake news.
Qualifications
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Minimum 1-year QA or relevant experience in trust and safety or policy in a major tech or media company.
  • Strong understanding of business needs, strategic thinking, and ability to make good decisions in complex situations.
  • Familiar with labeling workflows and upstream/downstream team dynamics.
  • Fluent in German (required) for German markets; fluent in English (required) as working language.
  • Comfortable reporting to or collaborating with a broad range of cross-functional (XFN) partners.
  • Fast learner with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a short-video product/industry.
  • Experience in Content Moderation / Content Quality / Content Safety / Labeling is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with machine learning and content understanding is a plus.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
