Our Client, a well-established firm based in Dublin 2, requires an experienced Marketing Executive to join their team. Successful candidates will report to the Head of Marketing. Duties:

  • Manage the firm's website, social media outlets, digital analytics as well as email marketing campaigns.
  • To coordinate and design marketing collateral and graphics, including PowerPoint presentations, posters, invitations, brochures and more.
  • To liaise with external suppliers where necessary and support any brand and messaging projects as they arise.
  • Provide necessary support on the digital promotion and communication of the firm's events, webinars and activities in order to maximise their profiling opportunities.
  • Manage CRM campaigns and to employ the firm's CRM tool to input and maintain information on clients and contacts.
  • When necessary, opportunityto assist with PR, Advertising and Sponsorships as well as supporting internal communications and internal marketing.

Skills and experience:

  • Relevant Third level qualification in marketing or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in marketing and communications.
  • Previous experience working in a professional services firm.
  • Strong skills in graphic design and proficient in InDesign, Photoshop.
  • Good Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel skills.
  • Ability to use CRM-based, web content management and email marketing systems.
