Location: Dublin 2, as part of our hybrid working model.
Contract type: Permanent
A snapshot of your peer group:
- 3 years' previous experience in a similar Learning & Development role
- Project management experience of coordinating large scale events
- Strong administration skills, strong reporting skills, able to manage multiple projects and detail-oriented
- Ability to work on own initiative - proactive, driven, and enthusiastic
- Advanced PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- The ideal candidate will be degree qualified and hold a recognised (accredited) Training
- Strong interpersonal skills - Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Experience communicating with senior people and working in a large complex environment

- Take full ownership of the long-term maintenance and continuous improvement of courses within the assigned learning portfolio.
- Develop a deep understanding of the business area supported to ensure learning solutions are aligned with strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders both externally and across the organisation.
- Consult with stakeholders to recommend effective training and development strategies.
- Conduct training needs analyses to design, implement, and evaluate impactful learning.
- Deliver and facilitate a wide range of training programmes, including those tailored for graduate audiences.
- Design engaging and effective training modules using a variety of instructional methods and tools.
- Oversee the completion of training programs, analyse feedback and manage reporting to relevant stakeholders while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Anticipate potential challenges, proactively implement solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Continuously seek opportunities for innovation and improvement in training processes and content.
- Lead and take ownership of specific training areas or projects, driving them from concept to completion.
