Cafe Supervisor/Team Lead

We are looking for a Cafe Team Lead to include opening and/or closing duties of the Avoca Dunboyne Cafe, assisting with day-to-day running of the department, and supporting the management team in a variety of different ways. Experience required. 5 days over 7.
Responsibilities- Opening and/or Closing of your Department as outlined by your manager
- Cash Handling & Processes
- Supporting & Leading the food team
- Daily Task Planning of Department
- Cash Reconciliation
- Customer Service queries including dealing with complaints
- Ordering processes for the store
- Provide general support to the management team
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Proven track record of seeking responsibility
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Reliable and flexible in their approach to work
- Previous experience in a similar role an advantage
- Experience in a busy cafe or restaurant environment
