About Us

Our Cafe is seeking an experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of our dynamic cafe environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service standards are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone to manage front-of-house and kitchen coordination on a daily basis.
  • A strong background in customer service and team leadership is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate should have knowledge of food safety standards and be able to maintain inventory levels and place orders effectively.
  • Monitoring and achieving sales targets, labour costs, and margins will be a key focus area.
  • Fully compliant with food safety regulations and health & safety guidelines.
  • Candidate will work closely with head office on promotions and new initiatives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in a cafe, restaurant, or food retail management role.
  • A proven track record of managing budgets, stock, and staff rotas is required.
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality is a must.
