Are you ready to kickstart your career and write your story with one of Ireland's top accounting and advisory firms?

At Crowe Ireland, we're not just about numbers—we're about people, innovation, and making a real impact. We're advisors, partners, and innovators who help businesses grow, navigate their challenges, and build a brighter future.

We work with a diverse mix of clients—from owner-managed business and not-for-profit to multinationals, government agencies and hospitality—as a small example. Every day brings something new

As part of our team, you\'ll learn from the best, gain hands-on experience across a range of industries, and be part of a community that values collaboration, curiosity, and creativity.

What's in it for You?

Our 2026 Audit & Assurance Graduate Programme is designed to give you real-world experience, professional development, and a clear pathway to becoming a qualified accountant. You'll get to work with amazing clients, use trending technology, and learn from a team that genuinely cares about your success.

Your Role:

  • Dive into Diverse Audits: Get hands-on experience working on a variety of audit assignments across different sectors—no two days are the same
  • Data Detective: Use the latest tools and techniques to analyse client data, spot trends, and uncover insights that drive smart decisions.
  • Business Insights: Learn how businesses operate, identify areas for improvement, and build relationships with clients that go beyond the numbers.
  • Impactful Reporting: Draft high-quality financial statements and audit reports, packed with practical recommendations to help clients strengthen their operations.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues across different disciplines—like tax, corporate finance and company secretarial—to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
  • Communication Pro: Keep your partner in the loop, flagging significant issues and progress on your assignments. You will work closely with partners, directors and other managers to deliver top-notch services to our clients.
  • Quality and Compliance: Deliver audits that meet the highest standards, addressing key risks and sticking to deadlines and budgets.

How we are going to support your development:

  • Crowe will fully sponsor your accounting qualification: You will have the freedom to choose which accounting qualification you will pursue. ACA? ACCA? It's your pick
  • We will support your studies by providing generous study leave so you can dedicate time to pass your exams.
  • Flexibility to attend your classes and tuitions.
  • You will work closely with our senior team and will be mentored and supported to achieve your personal and professional goals.
  • You will gain experience and develop competencies in practice dealing with clients and carrying out meaningful and relevant work

What We're Looking For:

  • Academic Performance: You have achieved or are on track to achieve a 2.1 or higher in your undergraduate degree and have recently graduated or will graduate in 2026.
  • Future Accountants: You are excited about a career in accounting, even if you come from an academic background that is not accounting.
  • Eligibility: You have the right to work full time in the Republic of Ireland.
  • Communication Champs: You have strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.
  • Attention to Detail: You are a master of the small stuff and know that details matter.

Our offer:

  • Alongside a fully sponsored accounting qualification, we offer a competitive reward package that comprises salary, benefits, development opportunities and wellbeing programmes. Some of them are:
  • 22 days of annual leave
  • Pension with 100% employer matching contributions
  • Cycle to Work Scheme
  • Work-life balance: our team enjoy compressed working weeks during the summer and hybrid work options.
  • Accelerate career progression through ongoing support and investment in your development.

Why Join Us?

Because we believe in nurturing talent from day one. You will get mentorship from experienced professionals, access to ongoing learning and development opportunities, and the chance to make a real impact in a supportive, inclusive environment. Plus, we know how to have fun—whether it is team social events, community events, or just celebrating a job well done
