Scope of the Role:

We are looking for Fire Protection Fitter - Van Lead x 2 to join our maintenance and small works department within our Fire Protection division working with the Vans. This role will be based either in Leinster /Munster region of the country.

Responsibilities of the role:

  1. Experienced fire protection pipe fitters.
  2. Flexible to travel around the country.
  3. Knowledge in all types of sprinkler systems.
  4. Able to work on own initiative / lead fitter.
  5. Liaise and build relationships with clients.
  6. Competent in operating fire pumps / related fire alarms.
  7. Planning and working from sprinkler drawings.
  8. Knowledge in LPC and FM sprinkler rules.

Your Qualifications and Key Criteria:

  1. Ability to work on own initiative.
  2. Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline.
  3. National Craft Certificate.
  4. Ability to manage a job to completion / attend white board meetings.
  5. Flexible for outside of normal working hours.
  6. A construction background.
