We are currently inviting applications for the position of F&B Assistant to join our team.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the smooth running of all F&B.
  2. Serve guests in a prompt & courteous manner.
  3. Ensure that the property is set up and stocked according to the business requirements.
  4. Be fully aware of any menu updates.
  5. Work a flexible shift pattern and rotate through the various areas of the Food and Beverage Department if required.
  6. Ensure all cleaning schedules are adhered to on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  7. Provide support in other areas of the business if required.
  8. Ensure all stock is stored in a safe manner.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 2 years' F&B experience, preferably in a hotel.
  2. Must be a self-starter and strong closer, with multi-tasking ability.
  3. Excellent levels of personal motivation and organisation.
