Social Worker Team Leader Adult Safeguarding and Protection Team CHE942025

There is 1 permanent full-time vacancy available in the Adult Safeguarding and Protection Team, Community Healthcare East (CHE). The initial assignment will be to Ballinteer Health Centre or Bray Civic Centre, however, the successful candidate may be required to work in any service area within the vicinity as the need arises.

Contract- Permanent Wholetime
- Demonstrate depth and breadth of experience in safeguarding practice with adults at risk of abuse, including offering guidance and support to professionally qualified social workers.
- Assess risk, develop effective safeguarding plans, and manage complex cases in a person-centred and outcome-focussed service, with awareness of the extent and limitations of relevant legislation in this context.
- Experience of working with older persons, adults with disabilities and/or in adult mental health.
