Job Title Contracts Manager

Location Dublin, Ireland

Salary Experienced (5+ years): €80,000 - €90,000 + €5,000 car allowance

Senior (10+ years): €90,000 - €100,000 + €7,500 car allowance

Introduction

We're working with a top-tier provider of mechanical and electrical services, looking for an experienced professional to manage exciting electrical projects, especially in the fast-growing data centre sector. This is a full-time, permanent role with great opportunities for career development, training, and progression. What will I be doing?

  • Take charge of electrical contracts from start to finish, guiding every stage from planning to completion.
  • Lead your project team while collaborating closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Keep projects on track by monitoring progress, budgets, and schedules, stepping in with solutions when needed.
  • Ensure every task meets legal, safety, and company standards through regular site visits and quality checks.
  • Prepare and review key documents like tenders, risk assessments, and method statements to keep everything running smoothly.

What do I need to succeed?

  • You hold a degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • You've successfully managed electrical projects or contracts, handling medium to large-scale jobs.
  • You're confident navigating Irish electrical regulations and health & safety standards.
  • Your leadership, communication, and negotiation skills help you get the best from your team and partners.
  • You're comfortable using project management tools like MS Project or Primavera.
  • You have a clean driving licence and are ready to travel to different project sites as needed.
