Overview

Bathshack – Showroom Sales Executive, Dublin. Salary €€28,704-€32,000 (Uncapped OTE). Location: Dublin 12.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome our customers in a friendly and timely manner when they enter the store.
  • Confidently assist customers with their bathroom product queries and offer advice.
  • Produce customer proposals.
  • Process orders.
  • Increase sales and profitable growth in line with company targets.
  • Exceed sales targets and objectives.
  • Keep sales lead sheets up to date.
  • Follow up customer leads in a timely manner by phone.
  • Effectively overcome any potential objections.
  • Process telephone orders.
  • Provide excellent customer service on telephone and in store.
  • Follow up with customers after completion of bathroom installation to ensure they are fully satisfied.
  • Develop a good understanding of all the Bathshack product range and keep up to date with new products.

  • Reliable and professional
  • A great attitude and motivation to work with our customers
  • Experience in the use of MS Office (including Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Willing to develop a great knowledge of sales and the sales process
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Motivated team player
  • Approachable
  • Good problem solving ability
  • Ability to work on your own initiative once trained and confident
  • Able to work during late night opening and Saturdays where required
  • Willing to travel to Antrim for induction period of 8 days across 3 weeks (expenses paid)
Desirable / Additional
  • Experience in a similar role within a retail environment
  • A great confidence in your selling ability
  • An interest in interiors or a creative flair
  • Extensive experience and confidence in the use of IT
Preferred Requirements
  • An understanding of the bathroom market Bathshack operates in.
