Responsibilities- Lead strategic financial planning and partner with the CEO on long-term growth initiatives.
- Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve profitability and business performance.
- Manage and mentor a small, high-performing finance team.
- Champion improvements in systems and processes to support scalable growth.
- Qualified Accountant with at least 3 years\' experience in a Financial Controller role.
- Experienced in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments, ideally in SME or eCommerce.
- Skilled in financial planning, reporting, and working capital management.
- Comfortable with ERP and CRM systems, with a flair for turning numbers into insights.
- A hands-on leader who thrives on collaboration and driving results.
