Business Development Manager – Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions A leading law firm is looking for a talented Business Development Manager to join their Corporate and M&A team in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute business development and marketing plans for the Corporate and M&A team

Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify opportunities

Support client development initiatives, including proposals and client meetings

Raise the department's profile through rankings, press releases, events, and social media strategies

Lead the creation of high-quality marketing materials, pitch templates, and knowledge-based tools

What We're Looking For

Degree in business, marketing, communications (or equivalent experience)

Minimum 5 years' experience in a BD/marketing role within professional services or 3 PQE solicitor

Proven ability to lead BD efforts for practice groups or industry teams

Strong interpersonal skills, excellent writing abilities, and attention to detail
