Construction Office Administrator | Dublin 11, D11 WP7V – Head Office Based | Full Time | €40,000.00 per year DOE
Our client is a leading commercial fitout company operating in Ireland with projects nationwide. Their main office is located in Blanchardstown, Dublin. They have a large range of clients operating in all sectors and a diverse work portfolio. They provide not just a turnkey solution for their clients but also a long-term partnership.
They have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Office Administrator at their award-winning Fitout Company based in Dublin 11. You will be part of a team to support the operations and contribute to the overall efficiency of the company. If you are looking for a busy varied role, this is the job for you. You will be part of a driven, ambitious, fun team who have big goals and are going places.
Are you the right person for the job?
- Minimum of 5 years' office administration experience. Experience/Knowledge in the Construction sector would be an advantage.
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Experience with ISO 9001:2015 would be an advantage.
- Team player but can work on own initiative.
- Ability to multi-task and demonstrate attention to detail.
- Excellent organisation & communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Sharepoint.
- Experience with website administration & SEO would be an advantage but is not essential.
- An outgoing and friendly personality.
What will your role look like?
- Support to Senior Management with day-to-day administration.
- Working with Management on projects and events.
- Responsible for the accurate maintenance of records and files.
- Compiling handover files for projects to include BCAR, Test & Commissioning Certs, Data Sheets for Materials, etc.
- Recording all administration paperwork.
- Ordering materials and chasing deliveries.
- Managing various administration activities and ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
- Answering incoming telephone calls and responding to external emails.
- Providing general and ad-hoc administrative support as required.
