The Role
You will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, understanding their training needs, and delivering tailored solutions that drive real impact. From prospecting to closing, you'll manage the full sales cycle with the backing of a strong team and full product training.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients via phone, email, and digital channels
- Build rapport and understand client training needs
- Deliver engaging presentations and proposals
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Maintain CRM records and pipeline accuracy
- Stay informed on industry trends to add value in every conversation
About You
- Proven experience in a B2B sales environment (training/safety/services a bonus)
- Confident communicator with strong phone and presentation skills
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive
- Genuinely interested in helping clients.
