Overview

Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) role at Beechfield Care Group. Full-time, Monday to Friday. Based at St Gabriel's Nursing Home, Glenayle Road, Raheny, Dublin.

Beechfield Care Group is a long-established Nursing Home Group with homes in Dublin, Carlow, Meath, Westmeath & Kildare. Our mission is to provide the best standard of quality care to residents, with the care of the resident at the heart of the nursing home.

St Gabriel's Nursing Home is located in the Edenmore area of Raheny, with 58 single en-suite bedrooms and 4 en-suite double rooms, plus facilities including day lounges, dining rooms, chapel, hairdressing salon, conservatory, visitors' room, activity room, internal gardens, in-house laundry, and a lift.

Role responsibilities
  • Quality of Care Responsibilities
  • Day-to-day supervision of the care and nursing staff
  • Coordinate resident activities
  • Work within HIQA regulations
Role requirements
  • Registered with NMBI
  • Excellent clinical, leadership and organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Sound decision-making ability
  • Experience in care of the elderly
