Purpose of the Role: To support service expansion, we are seeking to recruit a Senior Speech and Language Therapist. The successful candidate will be a member of a very experienced Multi-Disciplinary Team that works collaboratively with all staff. Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Speech and Language Therapy or equivalent
  • Current registration with CORU

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Training in Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC)
  • Completion of Lámh training course

Essential Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience
  • Clinical experience in the management of FEDS disorders

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Senior Speech & Language Therapist
  • Experience of working with adults or children who have an Intellectual Disability, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury, together with other complex needs.
  • Experience of working as a member of a Multi-Disciplinary Team
