We have an exciting opportunity in our Personal Workspace Solutions (PWS) Marketing team. PWS, Logitech's largest division, focuses on tech devices for creative and productive workspaces, and is crucial to our future as a global brand known for great design and exceptional user experiences.

As a Global Marketing Manager in PWS, you will contribute to driving brand consistency, develop global marketing campaigns and commercial initiatives, and partner globally with our regional and marketing teams to achieve our brand vision and business goals.

The Global Marketing Manager is responsible for helping transform the brand and fundamentally changing how we engage with consumers.

You'll work with various teams globally from Cork, Ireland, reporting to the Head of PWS Brand & Marketing Solutions in Switzerland. You'll be part of a small, dedicated marketing team and travel occasionally.

Your Contribution:

  • Build holistic marketing plans, campaigns, and toolkits supporting the PWS business, in partnership with our internal creative team, marketing teams, and external agencies.
  • Develop and implement toolkits for key Logitech flagship programs and events, including Logi Work and Logi Work Days, in close partnership with regional teams.
  • Drive successful development of PWS new packaging strategy, combining innovative structure and compelling graphics aligned with brand sustainability goals.
  • Act as a brand champion within PWS, ensuring brand consistency and a sharp appearance across all channels.
  • Partner closely with global marketing functions, the PWS commercial team, the PWS Business Units, and the Global Commercial Organization.

Key Qualifications:

  • 6+ years experience in consumer marketing roles for a major brand
  • Strong experience in creating and executing global marketing campaigns
  • Innovative mindset, with success using consumer insights and analytics to refine deliverables
  • Experience in packaging development
  • Proven experience working with creative agencies (briefing, creative direction, feedback, budget management)
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative environment across functions and geographies, with strong communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working with emerging AI technologies in marketing
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Education:

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Marketing or related field
