Overview

Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Location: Mullingar
Job Type: Permanent

We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and physically fit Warehouse Operator to join our team. This role involves a variety of warehouse functions including picking and packing orders, pallet wrapping, loading and unloading vehicles, and maintaining an organized stock area. A forklift license would be advantageous but is not essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick orders accurately and efficiently based on pick lists.
  • Box and prepare customer orders for shipment.
  • Wrap pallets securely to ensure safe transport and storage.
  • Label items and shipments correctly according to company and shipping standards.
  • Load and unload trucks and other delivery vehicles safely.
  • Move goods around the warehouse using lifting equipment or hand-trucks.
  • Sort and organize stock to maintain an orderly warehouse.
  • Assist in the preparation and completion of shipping documentation.
  • Support inventory audits and regular cycle counts.
  • Collaborate effectively with other warehouse staff to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Requirements
  • Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred
  • Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
  • Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • A valid forklift license would be advantageous but is not required.
