About the Role
  • As the first point of contact for our guests, you\'ll play a vital role in ensuring their stay is smooth, enjoyable, and exceeds expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Warmly welcoming guests and ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Efficiently managing check-in and check-out processes.
  • Answering guest inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing local recommendations.
  • Processing payments and handling guest accounts.
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a clean and organized front desk.
  • Collaborating effectively with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments.
Qualifications
  • Has a genuine passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Can multitask effectively and prioritise tasks in a busy environment.
  • Is computer literate and proficient in hotel software systems (HotSoft and Opera preferred).
  • Has a positive and friendly attitude.
  • Is a team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
  • Previous Experience Using Opera or Opera Cloud Reservations systems is desirable
