The On–Premise Trade Marketing Manager (OPTMM) is a national role (IOI) focusing on developing, implementing, and cultivating the RedBull brand image, as well as increasing market share and consumption in the On-Premise environment. The OPTMM collaborates with key stakeholders to maximize impact and leverage major On-Premise initiatives. Responsibilities include training sales teams on new marketing tools, contributing to the annual business plan, and developing strategies based on insights. Richmond Marketing is the Distribution Partner for RedBull in Ireland.

RESPONSIBILITIES

All responsibilities include:

  • Driving share of mind with industry stakeholders including staff, decision makers, owners, and influencers.
  • Creating, coordinating, and approving tailor-made installations.
  • Supporting Musketeers and Key Account managers with tools and concepts.
  • Collaborating with the National RedBull Marketing Team.
  • Translating research results and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Observing market trends and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Managing national event and festival strategies.
  • Executing marketing activities and POS activations at events.
  • Sharing best practices within national and international teams.
  • Building networks with external agencies and influencers.
  • Allocating marketing budgets effectively.
  • Monitoring and evaluating marketing activities.

Qualifications include:

  • 3+ years of marketing experience in a commercial environment.
  • Degree in Marketing or Business.
  • Experience in On Premise environment preferred.
  • People management experience preferred.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Flexibility to work nights and weekends.
  • Proficiency in IOS and MS Office.
  • Fluency in English.
