A valued client of Primtac Personnel is seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager to lead the operations of a busy distribution facility in Cork. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background in stock control, process improvement, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

● Oversee the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

● Manage and monitor stock control, including inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and minimizing discrepancies.

● Lead, support, and develop a team of warehouse operatives, ensuring high levels of productivity and morale.

● Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize workflows.

● Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

● Collaborate with other departments to meet customer requirements and service-level expectations.

Requirements

● Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role.

● Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and stock control processes.

● Demonstrated ability to implement and drive process improvement initiatives.

● Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

● Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and performance.

● Good communication and IT skills, with proficiency in warehouse software systems.

What's on Offer

● Competitive salary of €50,000 – €55,000 depending on experience.

● Monday to Friday working week, 8:30am – 5:00pm (no weekends).
