General Operatives – Wholesale Distribution (Mallow, Co. Cork)

Summary

We are seeking motivated and reliable General Operatives to join our busy wholesale distribution team in Mallow. This role is essential to keeping our operations running smoothly, ensuring products are handled efficiently and safely, and supporting on-time deliveries to our customers. Success in this position includes consistent attention to detail, teamwork, and maintaining high standards of productivity. General Operatives are a key part of the wider organisation, helping us serve customers and keep supply chains moving.

Responsibilities
  • Carry out day-to-day warehouse duties including picking, packing, loading, and unloading stock.
  • Ensure all goods are handled carefully and stored correctly.
  • Support stock management processes such as inventory checks and restocking.
  • Follow health and safety procedures at all times, including safe manual handling.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet deadlines and achieve operational targets.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Previous warehouse or distribution experience is preferred.
  • Good standard of English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Manual Handling training (required).
  • Forklift license is an advantage, but training can be provided.
  • Eligible to work full-time in Ireland.
Key Details
  • Salary: Dependent on experience
  • Shift: 11:00 – 20:00, Monday–Friday (subject to change)
  • Hours: Minimum 40 hours per week
  • Overtime: Time and a half for hours worked beyond 40 per week
  • Start Date: Immediate
