Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborating with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates to match client requirements.
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with candidates, guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Managing candidate portfolios, ensuring database management, compliance, and reference checks.
What We Look for in Our Teammates:
- 1+ years of professional experience in any field (such as Events, Sales, Customer Service).
- Proven ability to meet targets/ deadlines.
- Thrives in a proactive and fast-paced environment.
- A bachelor's degree is a plus.
Salary & Benefits We Offer:
- In their first year, our average performer earns in total compensation 43K+, combining base salary and total compensation. Our average earnings are €61K in the second year, and high performers exceed this.
